Stylish & Spacious apt in the center of HK

- Super good location to experience HK, 10 mins walk to Soho, 15 mins to LKF, 5 mins to harbour front, 7 mins to both Sheungwan and Sai Ying Pun MTR station, and 2 mins to tram station. - Plenty of trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants around the neighbourhood. - Signature HK street view through the living room window, comfy queen bed with projector in the bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom for a cozy stay. - And two cute cats accompanying your unique experiences here in HK. The space I rent the whole place, no people shared, I’m not there, just two cats here. The whole apartment has two bedrooms but only the master bedroom has a bed, queen bed. The other small bedroom is for my personal storage so I locked it up. But I’m not there. (Since not sure why everyone’s asking me if I rent the entire place). Whole place is around 500 square feet which is pretty spacious in the center of HK. Guest access Basically the whole place except for the small bedroom for my own personal storage. Food, drinks and alcohols in the fridge, cabinet, and the shelf are not for guests. :) Other things to note I have two cats live here together with you. So something to note: 1. The food and water for the cats are both automatic, so you don’t need to bother. If you have experience with cats, it’d be super great if you can help me to clean the cat litter. If not, I’ll be coming one time a day at the time you agreed. 2. One very important thing is, when you go out and come in, please don’t let the cats run out the apt. And also be extra careful when you open and close the window. 3. Close and lock the bedroom door while you sleep if you don’t want to sleep with the cats as one of them know how to open the bedroom door if you don’t lock it. 4. Keep the bathroom door always open as the cats’ toilet is in there as well and they need to use it from time to time. 5. They’re super friendly, white one is a girl named Jumie enjoying gentle head and butt petting, black one is a boy named Jäger enjoying gentle back rubbing. 6. Also I have two cameras both in living room for the cats, no camera in bedroom. 7. Recap the important thing, don’t let the cat run out, they’re curious so will try to run to the lift area, if they actually run out, just grab them back is fine.
