The Space: BEDROOMS - This heritage home features 2 spacious bedrooms - both on the first floor. - Both bedrooms are equipped with a lot of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and an extra mattress. - Both bedrooms do not offer an ensuite bathroom. - Please note that there are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms on the first floor. BATHROOMS - There are 2 common bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The home opens up to an expansive living room, featuring handpainted walls and shimmering chandeliers. - It offers sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 8 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, a wired music system, and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes. It is not equipped with an AC. - The dining area is a part of the living room and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people - There is a common balcony overlooking the serene surroundings and can seat up to 8 people - Guests can head over to the terrace, unwind and bask in the sun. It provides seating arrangements for up to 10 people, however, it can accommodate up to 30 people KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles, and simple food for infants at no additional charge. However, for elaborate cooking, an additional cost will be levied - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate, and a mixer-grinder - Crockery and cutlery are also available - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - For all other meals, guests can eat out or order from nearby restaurants Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas.
