The pool heater does not function when ambient temperatures fall below 60°F, as specified by the manufacturer. Operation under these conditions is not supported. Please do not jump into the pool at any time, especially in shallow areas. The pool bottom surface is softer and may crack from impact. Any cracks, damage, injuries, or other issues caused by you or anyone in your party will be your full responsibility. You will also be responsible for paying all repair costs performed by a professional pool repair company. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from failure to follow these rules. If you’d like the pool heated between May 1 and November 14, there’s a small additional charge of $30 per night.
