Treehouse is back and ready for you to book! The Treehouse @ Milsons Passage is a unique, boat access only property with a stunning outlook over the Hawkesbury River. Less than an hour north of Sydney and an easy 5 minute water taxi ride from Kangaroo Point, Brooklyn. This is what weekend dreams are made of! The space Treehouse has two spacious bedrooms, both with Queen beds and an additional mezzanine-style loft with Double bed poised above the main bedroom. The large bathroom contains a separate bath and shower. Treehouse sleeps between 4-6 people. The spacious kitchen comes complete with gas cooktop, Smeg oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is an air-conditioner and multiple ceiling fans for the hotter seasons and a fireplace for the cooler seasons. Making Treehouse a perfect getaway all year round. Treehouse has stunning outdoor areas to enjoy the magnificent views over Milsons Passage. If you feel active there are kayaks available and the property backs on to Muogomarra National Park if you're interested in a bush walk. At Treehouse there is a Boatshed at the water level for guests to use during the day, there is a bathroom and kitchenette in the Boatshed. However guests can not sleep overnight in the Boatshed, as it is not registered for sleeping. Treehouse on Milsons has a jetty that is shared with the property next door, so why not bring your own boat? Or hire one? Ask us for further details. Guest access Milsons Passage is a water access only community on the Hawkesbury River. If you arrive by car, park at Deerubbun Reserve Car Park. Arrange a water taxi or use your own boat to take you up river 5 minutes direct to the property's jetty. Details of the water taxi can be provided upon booking request. Other things to note Please note that Treehouse has a strict NO party policy. Treehouse is best used to relax and unwind. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the serenity of the river community as sound carries on the river, particularly at night. Milsons Passage has no shops, cafes or restaurants on it. You will need to use a boat to access these things so please ensure you bring everything you need with you. Further information on local amenities can be provided.
