A hotel type like set-up room in a cozy and quiet building with swimming pool and fire area. The place is located in a secured suburb and it is close to Menlyn, Loftus stadium, University of Pretoria, UNISA, most embassies, Pretoria CBD, the Union Building, Zuid Afrikaans Hospital and the Gautrain station. The space The decoration, cleanness, security, guest friendly set-up and most importantly a great family like type of feeling. The bed-liners are changed after every guest visit and replace every two (2) days. The whole apartment is thoroughly cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays. Guest access Inside the apartment, the guest can access the Kitchen and make use of most things in it, Bathroom and make use of allocated essentials, toilet and rented room. Outside the apartment, the guest can use the swimming pool, green space and the chilling area. During your stay I will be able to give a hand out whenever my assistance is needed for directions, information, tips, etc...
