If the proper amount is not billed during booking, we will send a request for any additional amount owed. We offer a dog beds, toys, water, and food bowls upon request, and we have a designated dog park that is fully fenced. *Pets are only permitted in "pet friendly homes" with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, and must never be left alone inside the home unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse. In the event that the housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the credit card provided. Pets are not allowed on the furniture under any circumstances. If evidence of a pet on the furniture is found, you agree to an additional fee of up to $200.00.
