Recently renovated original Sunderland Bay house. Situated just off the wild and picturesque cliffs of the bay. Walking tracks lead you to beaches only meters away. The new update cleverly converts this one-time beach shack into a calming and stylish getaway where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the coastline of Phillip Island The space Outside You will find the house sits on a large block with lots of yard space out the front and back, and a long driveway for parking. The backyard is private and fully enclosed with gate access on both sides of the house. A small back deck for outdoor living - which is great for different weather directions and soaking up the morning sun. Feel free to give the budding native garden water if you so desire :) Inside Inside the house is an easy, and functional brand-new kitchen including a coffee espresso machine and ground coffee. A lovely space for cooking meals and gathering around. The kitchen flows nicely together with the refurbished living and dining areas, that all face the ocean views and allow for different aspects of the home to occupy. There is a laundry with a linen, towels, Wi-Fi and bedding cupboard, and a washing machine. The bathroom is also brand new and spacious with a luxurious shower. The two updated bedrooms are light and simple, offering a cosy space for rest, as well as wardrobe space for your belongings. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Additionally, the living room has a large Danish design sofa bed that opens up to provide another queen size bed and is extra comfy to sleep on.
