Cozy room with balcony, bathroom and parking

Welcome home :) Enjoy the softness of Bayonne in my fully renovated apartment, overlooking the beautiful area of the Arena, a few steps from downtown. You'll have a room with a 160x200 bed, private bathroom and balcony. Make your stay easier with a parking space in the basement. Natives and in love with the region, I will be delighted to advise you for your stay, or to spend a moment together if you wish it! Have a nice stay ! Sylvain & Quentin The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a nice and quiet building with elevator. You will enjoy a room with queen size bed 160x200, closet, private bathroom and balcony. Towels will be provided, as well as soap and shampoo. The accommodation is non-smoking, but you will find an ashtray on the balcony. You will find several power outlets as well as ethernet plugs. The wifi, very fast, is available everywhere in the apartment. Entirely renovated in 2021 with my father, we have particularly worked on the phonic and thermal insulation of the apartment. So you will be sure to spend a quiet night. Do not hesitate to contact me for any further request! Guest access During your stay, you will have access to all the common areas: living room, kitchen, toilet. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, a small TV with Netflix, Youtube, a Nintendo Switch with some games. A desk is available with a screen and a printer. In the kitchen, new and fully equipped, you will have a dedicated space to store your groceries if needed, as well as a place for the fridge. The basic products will be provided: salt, pepper, oils, spices ... And especially the wonderful olive oil from my family's village in Portugal ;)
