The house is situated in a quiet location at Bjäreterrassen. Sleeps five across two bedrooms & features an open-plan living area with a wood-burning stove and a cozy seating area. Particularly well-suited for families & cyclists, thanks to a garden shed where bikes can be securely stored. High chair & baby cot are also available. Parking & EV-charger available. Torekov Golf Club are just over a km away & Torekov village a couple of km away; Båstad can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. The space Located on a corner lot backing onto woodland with no neighbours behind. Ground floor is open plan between the kitchen and the living room, with the wood stove as the natural centre. From here you step straight out into the garden through the double patio doors. There is a seating area, a TV with Apple TV, and a kitchen and dining table for six. One bathroom on the ground floor and one upstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with five beds in total. The house works as well in November as in July. The fire, the underfloor heating in the bathroom and the sauna in the area make it a comfortable place to come back to after a day on the trails or on the course. Professional cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. At Bjäreterrassen, you also have access to several facilities shared with the other houses in the area: a sauna that can be booked for private use; an orangery with a fireplace and space for around twenty people, which can also be reserved; a pool area with sun loungers, showers, and a restroom; and a tennis court (pool and tennis open during the summer). Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are included.
