The Yellow Door is a peaceful place to stay, perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay! It comfortably sleeps 4 people with the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom main story floor plan and fully fenced yard. A quick 10-minute drive to downtown Indianapolis or a quick walk to Christian Park and minutes from Fountain Square, Irvington & Fletcher Place. The space No long checkout to-do list, our cleaning crew will take care of it! Each bedroom contains a queen bed & Roku TV (Note: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. requires your own login). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove with a built-in air fryer, dinnerware, flatware, glassware & cooking utensils with a very comfortable family room to unwind in. Additionally, there is a laundry area in the basement available for guest use. Dogs (maximum 2) are welcome, we ask that owners clean up after their pet(s) in the yard and throughout the home. There is an additional $50 pet fee, per stay, which goes to our cleaning crew. Let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing your furry friend. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, including a fenced in yard (with the exception of the detached garage). A door access code will be provided the day of arrival. There is free street parking and free parking in the rear driveway of the home for 2 vehicles. Your safety matters to us! We do have Ring security cameras around the perimeter of the property (front door, back door and over the garage) for your safety and protection, and ours! The cameras record audio and video when motion is detected. We will never use these cameras to intrude on our guests.
