Cozy 3 bedroom villa close to Saratoga

Our home is built to host a great time! It is a 15-20mins drive from Saratoga Springs (SPAC/Race course) and 40mins to Lake George. There are multiple entertainment options like an outdoor deck, grill, projector for a fun movie night, bar and ping pong table in the basement. There are also 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and living and dining area, a study area and a finished basement with additional sleeping options. This is our primary residence that we rent out while we are traveling. The space 3 large bedrooms with queen beds on second floor of the house. There are extra portable full mattresses available in the basement. There is a full bath on first floor and second floor. First floor has the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances available to use. The living room has a smart TV with all the apps. Basement is a fully finished and furnished space with a projector, ping pong table and comfortable seating. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the master suite and garage. *The pool in the backyard is CLOSED this season due to pump issue, no guests/pets allowed to use the pool-it is covered for the season* Other things to note Check in: 3pm Check out: 11am No smoking inside the house. Pets are allowed and welcome but please clean up after your pets, otherwise is an extra $80 charge.
