This beautiful home is literally a stone's throw from the beach. Situated in Catalan Bay, a quaint fishing village, it enjoys the most spectacular sunrises. Open the stunning french doors in the morning and hear the calming sounds of the waves lapping on the seashore. Good transport connections. Free parking. The space Outside Area Front of house includes a small patio, perfect for al fresco dining. The patio also has a low tap so you can easily wash off the sand from a day’s adventure off your feet. Main Floor As you enter the property through the double French doors you will find a spectacular open plan space containing a lounge area, dining area and kitchen. This room is where the double sofa bed is. The fully fitted kitchen offers a cosy breakfast bar for slow mornings by the beach. The ground floor is also where you will find the main bathroom with luxury shower. Note there is no bath, however, a child’s bath can be provided for your little ones. This open plan living area has a dedicated air conditioning unit. Mezzanine Floor At the top of the stairs you will find an inviting king-sized bed with a selection of pillows for your ultimate comfort. There is also a large wardrobe and a luxury en-suite toilet. This upper level has its own dedicated air conditioning unit and looks on to the main living space. For added privacy you can make use of the internal blind. Parking 🅿️ Free overnight parking available in Catalan Bay public parking lot as from mid October 2024. The parking lot is a 2 minute walk from the property.
