The space Tucked away on a quiet lane just south of the mouth of the Alsea River in Waldport, Oregon, is your very own Peace of the Beach. The floor to ceiling windows in the family room and dining room bring the ocean to you and flood the rooms with sunlight. Beyond the kitchen is a mud room with access to the deck and a full bath. There's a billiard room where you can watch your favorite sporting event and rack up the memories. The ocean front yard has a very private platform tucked into the coastal foliage. A perfect place to sit quietly and take in the Peace of the Beach. Enjoy the sunsets from the fantastic deck and oceanfront hot tub. The view of the beach is lovely from this home and access to the sand is a very short walk to a deeded neighborhood path. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. Sleeps up to 8 - 3 Bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 full/twin trundle, 1 full futon, 2 Bath. Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (strictly enforced) Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum *Each home is individually owned.
