Located in the first row of a secluded beach area with spectacular views and a unique fireplace perfect for a braaibroodjie. The area is extremely safe for kids to play with a two minute walk to the beach. The house is loadshedding resistant, with lights, a gel battery and gas stovetop. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher keeps the house mess free. Come enjoy Die Sandkasteel for the ultimate breakaway! The space Beachfront with the best uninterrupted view of the sunset over the sea in the area. Great for whale and dolphin spotting through June to October. Custom built stainless steel glass BBQ to cook your meat while enjoying the view. Extremely well equipped kitchen as we are a family of cooks. Other things to note The house is located 20 Minutes from Mosselbay and 15 minutes from George which means there is plenty to do. We recommend: Redberry Farm with lots to do for the kids and strawberry daiquiri for the adults. Shark Cage Diving in Mosselbay harbour for the brave. Plenty of golf courses, with highlights like Fancourt, Oubaai, George golf course, Pinnacle point and plenty more within a 20 minute drive. For coffee, Brothers coffee in Grootbrak, The Blue shed in Mosselbay, The Green Shed in Wilderness and Pause coffee in George. The best restaurant in the whole region 'Transkaroo' is a 5 minute drive away. Enjoy a train ride from Mosselbay to Grootbrak on the Diaz Express. The best hike in the region is the Kingfisher trail to the waterfall in Wilderness a 30 minute drive away (You can canoe the first bit which is lots of fun). Enjoy the Outeniqua Family Market on Saturday mornings in George. Fishing charters leave from Mosselbay Harbour, but on a clear day you can cast a line in directly from the beach in front of the house. A very enjoyable round of minigolf at Three Chameleons mashie course. A wine and brandy tasting at Boplaas. Finally and most importantly, the sunset from our patio.
