Our home is close to the weekend farmers markets, popular restaurants, cafes and bars, Stockland Shopping Centre, patrolled Wurtulla Beach, stunning coastal tracks and Currimundi Lake. With a large backyard and sheltered patio area, our home is perfect for a couples weekend away or a family holiday with your pet! The space OUR HOME This cozy beachside home has three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with a double bed. Both the living room and the main bedroom have televisions with Netflix available for those relaxing afternoons after a day at the beach. The living/dining area as well as the main bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and every room has its own ceiling fan. We have free, unlimited, fast broadband NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. Details available on check in. LOCATION AND PETS This home is beachside Wurtulla, only 600 metres walk or 2 minute bike ride to a patrolled surf beach and 24/7 dogs of leash beach. Bring your bikes and cycle or stroll along the Coastal Walkway up to the new Bokarina Beach Estate, with family friendly shady BBQ's, picnic areas, a fantastic new playground to keep the kids entertained and the new Italian restaurant 'Bocca' is a must do! You can explore the coast along this coastal walkway from Buddina to Caloundra or a 20 minute stroll south along the beach, will take you to Currimundi Lake - a fantastic spot for swimming, cafes and picnic areas. An idyllic place for families including your 'fur babies' to make beautiful memories together. We are pet friendly, so your fur babies will love to spend time on holidays with you with easy access to our off leash 24/7 dog friendly beach. PARKING The property has driveway parking for 4 cars. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough for your family or group. KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY The kitchen is very well equipped and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge and freezer, oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need.
