Inspired by Greek light and the quiet luxury of simplicity, it offers privacy, comfort and the ideal setting for families, groups, retreats and small events. The space OIKOS TWIN is the private architectural estate of OIKOS Boutique Residences: a unified hosting space featuring 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 WC, two private 32 m² heated pools, jacuzzis and generous outdoor areas ideal for relaxation, gatherings and nature-connected experiences. The estate is designed to reflect Greek light, natural calm and the quiet luxury of simplicity. Clean lines, natural materials and soft geometries form a serene “ecosystem” where every group — from large families and friends to retreats and small celebrations — can feel genuinely at home. By combining the two autonomous villas (OIKOS A & OIKOS B), the estate offers flexibility, independence and comfort for up to 20 guests (with the possibility of additional children). The expansive outdoor spaces, western orientation and understated architectural palette create the perfect environment for relaxation, creativity and meaningful moments together. The architectural design was created by Xrysi Tomi SA – Golden Ratio, while construction and supervision were carried out by OIKOS Design & Constructions, following bioclimatic principles and a deep respect for the landscape. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire estate: both villas (OIKOS A & OIKOS B), all indoor and outdoor areas, the two private 32 m² heated pools, the jacuzzis, the terraces, all relaxation zones and the private parking spaces. OIKOS TWIN operates as one unified, fully independent private estate offering complete privacy. Other things to note Heated pools: Pool heating is an additional service and costs €350 per day per pool. Activation is available upon request, and final temperature depends on weather conditions. • Events & gatherings: For celebrations, private dinners, small events or retreats, booking the entire OIKOS TWIN is required along with a minimum stay of 3 nights. All events must be organized exclusively by the OIKOS Boutique Residences team. External planners, DJs, catering, rentals or additional staff are not permitted without prior approval. All activities must comply with Greek law and quiet-hours regulations. • ID submission: For legal and safety reasons, the ID or passport of all guests must be submitted at least 48 hours before check-in. • Quiet hours & respect for the environment: The estate is located in a peaceful natural setting. Guests are kindly asked to respect the surroundings, the neighborhood and quiet-hours regulations. Loud or disruptive gatherings are not permitted. • Children & safety: The estate is family-friendly, but adults are fully responsible for supervising children around the pools, stairs and outdoor areas. • Cleaning & services: Professional cleaning is provided before check-in. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request (extra charge). • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside any indoor area.
