Our neighborhood is walkable along the two lane rural road. The property has snow removal if needed. During winter months, we recommend AWD and/or traction devices. Trip insurance is suggested. No refunds given for inclement weather or road/airport closures due to inclement weather. FAQ's What are the additional requirements for wedding groups? - Wedding groups include bachelorette/bachelor stays, wedding guest stays, wedding party stays, bride + groom stays or family + friends attending a wedding. Additional requirements include a call with host and additional fee. Early check-in/late check out? - We love to accomodate early check-in and late check out requests whenever possible! We do charge a small $30/fee per hour for the first 3 hours, then we recommend considering booking the additional night so you don't have to rush. Luggage Drop Off? - We can accomodate luggage drop off service with payment of the early check in/late check out policy.
