First room you see is large private living room with pool table, sectional sofa, 60” tv, electric fireplace, coffee bar and dining table. Down a short hallway is your private bathroom and office area to the left and large bedroom to the right (with outside access to covered patio seating). 1,200 sqft all yours. Guest access One and 1/4 acre property (shared with onsite host), are available for you to enjoy, including English Garden, fire pit, seasonal creek, fruit orchard, barbecue, local wildlife and outside dining. For an additional $20, you can have laundry room access. Other things to note Fast WiFi, big screen 60” tv in living room and small tv in bedroom. Electric fireplace in living room. There’s a fabulous coffee/tea bar, microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. You will not be asked to sweep, vacuum, strip beds or take out garbage. No chores for short term guests. (Guests staying more than a week will be asked to take out their trash on Wednesday night.) No background or credit check.
