Down a short hallway is your private bathroom, two bedrooms (one with outside access to covered patio seating). 1,100 sqft all yours. Guest access One and 1/4 acre property (shared with onsite host), are available for you to enjoy, including English Garden, fire pit, seasonal creek, fruit orchard, barbecue and outside dining. For an additional $20, you can have laundry room access. Other things to note WiFi , Dishtv and Netflix. Big screen tv in living room and small tv in bedroom. There’s a kitchenette including dishes, silverware, glasses, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. The only sink is in the bathroom. Host will happily wash your dishes upon request. You will not be asked to sweep, vacuum, strip beds or take out garbage. No chores. No background or credit check.
