The bathrooms are located one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor; the whole is completed by an external garden all around the house with space at the back in total privacy, totally shaded thanks to 2 large lime trees and equipped with all comforts including barbecue and style pergola. Completing the property, a 1,000 m² garden surrounds the house, offering fully private spaces. It is entirely shaded by two large lime trees and equipped with every comfort.
