Airy studio near lake and park

If I could live in this studio myself, I would. It is separate from the rest of the house and has a wonderful cathedral ceiling that gives a sense of spaciousness and possibility. The space is very restful , simple and uncluttered. It's a great place to work, think, imagine new adventures, or have an intimate dinner conversation. We are convenient to everything. Walk out the door and you can choose to relax on our deck ,head to the forest for walk, or to the lake for a swim. The space This studio is part of our house, renovated from the original "camp" built in 1920. It has a private entrance, a fresh efficiency kitchen with cooktop, countertop oven, and new wood floors. The space is filled with light -it has a high ceiling and many windows. All have shades for your privacy. We live at the end of a short dead end street. Traffic is minimal. The windows on the east side of the space look out at our courtyard-which in summer is filled with flowers- our art studio and the backyard. On the west side are trees , our propane tanks, and the paddock where the minis roam. The windows on the north side are small and at a height that blocks a lot of the view to the neighbors across the street. The bathroom is not newly renovated, but clean and in fine condition. The sink is the original 100 yr. old kitchen sink. The lights and mirror are on the list for a replacement. The hot and cold water are backward in the shower. The door to the rest of our house is in the bathroom. It has a lock on your side and our side. There are two options for heat. There is a mini split for when temps are 20 degrees F or above and a Rinnai for when it gets really cold. A ceiling fan helps circulate the heat. The mini split provides cooling in the summer. We have two indoor cats and two mini horses. The horses have a paddock behind the art studio which gives on to a fenced area that goes around the backyard and behind our house. We don't have much land but its enough for such small horses. Guest access The studio is all yours.
