Enjoy the quiet village life in this spacious villa. Purpose built to be higher than it's surroundings to maximize the view over the Mediterranean and within walking distance to the beach. The accomodation centres on the open plan lounge, with sliding doors to a large shady poolside patio/BBQ area also accessed from the large equipped kitchen/diner. The village centre is an easy walk from the villa where there are a selection of bars, restaurants and groceries. Bus to Paphos is a 15 min walk. The space The villa is a large open plan area with an atrium that adds light & space and the furnishings have been selected to create an area for easy living. The elevated pool area being at the front of the villa is completely private and not overlooked so adds to the privacy of your stay. Guest access There is guest parking at the villa. All upper levels of the villa can be used and the garden on the lower level can be enjoyed by guests. In spring months, oranges grow from the trees and can be enjoyed during your visit. There are stairs to the villa entrance, unfortunately this is unsuitable for those unable to access these stairs. Other things to note The private pool has direct access from the lounge/ patio area so could be unsuitable for children unable to swim. Please note it is your responsibility to look after any child that is unable to swim and they must not be left alone. The minimum pool depth is 1.2m. Maximum depth 2m.
