StarLink WIFI is available all throughout the entire property. Due to the nature of our location, cell service is limited depending on your carrier. Enjoy exclusive access to a private creek, and savor delicious meals on the communal BBQ grill with propane. This idyllic retreat is perfectly situated, offering proximity to Sedona's enchanting landscapes, Flagstaff's vibrant culture, the scenic West Fork Trailhead, and the refreshing waters of Slide Rock Park. Guest access At Don Hoel's Cabins, we prioritize your safety and convenience. Our standard check-in process is contactless, ensuring a seamless arrival experience for all our guests. Here's how it works: Booking Confirmation: After you've booked your stay with us, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need for your upcoming visit. Access Instructions: Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with detailed access instructions, including the cabin's address, directions, and a unique access code for the keyless entry system. Self-Check-In: On the day of your arrival, simply follow the provided instructions to access the cabin. There's no need to pick up keys or wait at a front desk. Enjoy Your Stay: Once you're inside, you're free to settle in and start enjoying your peaceful retreat. Our contactless check-in process ensures minimal physical contact and maximum convenience. If you have any questions or require assistance during your stay, our on-site coffee house is available to assist when open and the property management team is just a phone call or message away, ready to provide support and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Other things to note We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, and we're delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs to Don Hoel's Cabins. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee: Dogs under 25 lbs: $50 per stay.per pet. 2 dogs maximum. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) so we can make the necessary arrangements and provide a comfortable stay for your furry companion. Pay in the coffee house upon check in. Pet Rules: Dogs must not be left unattended inside the cabin at any time. Ensure your dog is on a leash when outside the cabin and within the property grounds. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and will be charged accordingly. Please pick up after your pet immediately. Waste bags are provided for your convenience. Excessive barking that disturbs other guests is not permitted. By adhering to these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a pet-friendly environment for all our guests.
