Patrick and Julia The space Nice modern fully equipped 105 m² apartment: 5 bedrooms (4 double, one with 4 single beds + a baby bed and a folding baby bed), a large kitchen open to the dining room, a living room, a bathroom and a shower room. A large terrace with a gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ A pool room is also available Perfect for spending time with family or friends Other things to note Access to the relaxation area and the garden is through another entrance and are located at the bottom of the house (about thirty meters). They are therefore not directly accessible from the apartment. The relaxation area is open from 8am to 8pm, it is accessible for minors only under the supervision of an adult. The garden can be used in the evening as long as the neighborhood is respected. PLEASE NOTE: the outdoor areas (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, barbecue, garden, etc.) are SHARED. They are reserved for guests, however it is possible to meet us (during pool maintenance for example) Parties are forbidden because we live on the ground floor of the house. The jacuzzi can be turned on upon request in summer for an additional fee.
