Wake up to the glorious sunrise, listen to beautiful birds songs and watch wild life including eagles, seals, orcas and gray whales. 2 state parks within 15 mins away, easy access to bakery, grocery and restaurants. The space - Right on the water, ocean and bay view! - Beach access is a short distance away at nearby boat lunch or park (5-10 min walk) - Easy 1 hour drive from Seattle, No ferry needed. - Outdoor hot tub currently closed. - Large master suite and 3 spacious & comfortable bedrooms all on the second floor. To ensure comfortable stay, our mattresses are of high quality, and imported directly from Italy. - Separate office on first floor, high speed internet. - Gas grill, fire pit, outdoor dining set for 8 - Wild life: Grey whales , Orcas and porpoise are often sighted on the beaches throughout the year. We also have many birds in the forest behind the houses, in the mornings we often hear beautiful bird songs. Notably there are 2 bold eagles that live on the trees to the left of the house. If you take a walk on the beach during low tide, you can watch out for them. Low tides happen twice a day every day. During low tide, feel free to walk either direction on the beach. Search online for “Port Susan tide table” to view times for low tides. When the night falls, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy s’more by the ocean. No Pets Allowed Guest access You have access to the full 3000 square feet of this spacious ocean front house with exception of master closet (used for storage), and garage. Plenty of other storage space in master suite. Keys are located in lockbox, you will be provided a pin prior to check-in. Other things to note Please read all house rules, when booking this home you are agreeing to all house rules for you and all guests. Book your stay with accurate number of guests. Please rinse off before using the hot tub: sand, sunscreen & lotions. No shoes inside the house, pls kindly bring your own slippers. The house is on septic tank system, only human waste and toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Nearby places of interest: 1.
