Country house from 1700s, used till 90s as a farm, now wisely renewed to realise a delicious B&B with 4 bedrooms (each with private bathroom) in pure Tuscan style. You will have the EXCLUSIVE use of the ground floor of the villa, together with the pool, all the outside areas, the kitchen with all the appliances and yard with fresh vegetables. You will not have to share the location with other people, we rent to single groups/families to ensure you can enjoy your privacy and a pleasant stay. The space Wide living room (exclusive for each reservation), every room has a king size bed and private bathroom with shower and services. The kitchen is semi-professional with all necessary appliances. Wide garden, a yard always full of vegetables and a lovely panoramic swimming pool. Guest access Whole ground floor: kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, garden, yard parking. Other things to note All the exterior space is at your exclusive use, all the perimeter is close with a fence to guarantee your safety and privacy.
