A beautiful two-bedroom apartment on the second floor is available. Included in your stay is the state-of-the-art TrackMan Golf Simulator. Along with enjoying a round of golf at some of the top golf courses around the world, you can play a game of pool and smoke a cigar in the smoke room. The space The upstairs living space is the primary rental with free use of the downstairs. * Everything is new and includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, and full bath. The comfortable living room has a flat screen TV with free access to Live channels through Direct TV. 5G WIFI is free. Sorry, no parties...max is four adults. *If you prefer to not rent the downstairs than please see the other listing for the upstairs use only. Guest access Guests will have access to the golf simulator and pool table. There is also a smoking room and a wine cellar. Other things to note Please be respectful of this historic building and of the golf simulator. There are no cameras within the living space. The police station is located two doors down within City Hall.
