There is also a 12-cup coffee maker and a fresh bag of Starbucks French Roast or Dunkin' Donuts Medium Roast ground coffee. Don't bother packing your toiletries --- our bathrooms come with a full size body wash / shampoo / conditioner dispenser for your convenience and we supply plenty of washcloths. Two bathrooms have showers and the third bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Unlike other listings, we provide a generous supply of toilet paper in each bathroom because that is the last thing you need to waste your time and go out and get. ADDITIONAL TOUCHES: In terms of technology, the Loft is equipped with a learning Nest thermostat, and an Echo speaker where you can play your daily news, favorite music, learn a foreign language, and play interactive games with Alexa! SAFETY AND SECURITY: The apartment has state-of-the-art digital wifi locks for keyless entry (convenient for groups) and you are sent a special code just for your use. Your safety and security are completely -- the entry codes are auto-generated for you during your stay and no previous guests can access the apartment after they check out. In addition, the building has video surveillance in the building outdoor perimeters and lobby. Other things to note The Wrigley Loft occupies the top floors (3rd and 4th) floors of the building and stairs are required to access the entrance. If you have a disability or impediment that makes it difficult to climb stairs, this space is probably not for you. All guests must be registered with Building Management -- please send all the names in a message thread. The building management is strict about this rule and conducts 24 hour video surveillance of the public areas including lobby for the safety of all residents. Any reservation found violating these rules will be terminated immediately and asked to leave the premises with no refund. We allow for guest count up to 14 guests in one reservation with advance notice. Please inform us at time of booking. Please note Base Pricing covers up to 8 guests for peak season bookings (through September). Additional fee per guest per night for count above 8 guests, up to a maximum of 14 guests. We encourage you to use our new grill, but please make sure to thoroughly clean the grill immediately after each use to avoid a $75 grill cleaning charge (grill cleaning is not part of the cleaning fee as it is done by a third party).
