The space Size: The apartment is about 50 square meters and has a loft. Entertainment: For your relaxation, we have provided a Smart TV that allows you to access streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video or Disney+, so you can enjoy a wide range of entertainment options. Wi-Fi connection: For those who need to work or study during their stay, we offer an extremely fast fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, which guarantees reliable connectivity at all times. Sleeping area: Upstairs you will find a comfortable double bed and a very spacious closet, ideal for storing your belongings. Capacity: The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. If needed, a sofa bed is available for the third and/or fourth person. Less than 600 meters from the apartment, you will find the stop of the brand new blue metro, line M3, which will take you directly to the center of Milan in just 15 minutes, allowing you to easily explore the heart of the city. The same metro will take you to Milan Linate airport in less than 10 minutes. To reach the Central Station, you can take tram number 5 less than 200 meters from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you will find pharmacies, supermarkets, hairdressers and manicure services, making your stay comfortable and stress-free. In addition, the apartment is located a short distance from the Istituto dei Tumori, Carlo Besta Hospital and the Politecnico di Milano, making it an ideal choice for doctors in training, students and anyone who needs quick access to these institutions. Parking: The area is NOT a Limited Traffic Zone, so you can easily access it by car. We don't have private parking.
