The space The Harbour Bridge complex itself is not affected by loadshedding as the building in which the apartment is located, has systems in place for dealing with loadshedding. **unless due to the building's backup power system having an issue itself, which they will deal with accordingly if/when that happens** The Harbour Bridge complex itself is extremely secure, the building offer 24 hour security guarded access control, CCTV monitoring of the entire building and key carded access to the buildings various communal services. The apart-hotel building is home to a stunning restaurant, is a drop off point for the canal tour water “taxi” and is frequented by international business people and tourists alike who are wanting to enjoy the central lock up and go environment. A secure family holiday location is afforded in this apartment, with the apartment complex also offering a communal pool with great mountain views in which to enjoy a day in the sun. Our apartment is conveniently located close to the waterfront, by the working (an operational) harbour. Please note that this can influence the 'noise levels' at times (not 24/7 and not all year round - as we don't know the operational schedule of the harbour), and as this is part of the busiest tourist area in Cape Town - do consider this at your time of booking and just in case, always plan to pack some earplugs, if noise sensitive. We've had many guests stay, without any complaints. Guest access The entire apartment is for your own use, including the apartment building facilities. Other things to note Later check-in is possible; a late arrival fee will of R300 payable directly to your check-in host (for arrivals after 18:00).
