The property is nestled on 6 acres, with a gorgeous oak grove and beautiful well maintained grounds. Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway! Please reach out to us individually, as vary based on need- we offer discounts for multiple rooms/nights etc! The space Fernwood is a quiet 3 story retreat nestled on the end of a gravel road. The property is communal if multiple guests are booked. We do have one 3 bedroom suite that has a private bathroom. We have 13 rooms and 4 baths on the top floor, two rooms and two baths on the main level, and 2 bedrooms and one bath in the well lit basement, Guest access 3 storage rooms not for guests use- will show upon arrival. Other things to note Please reach out for price quote! We are unable to post varying prices on here for varying needs- for example, we charge differently for a one night stay in one room, compared to someone who is renting the entire property for a wedding.
