Welcome to our charming cottage in the heart of downtown Loveland. Our home has all the modern amenities you would need for a comfortable stay but has kept it's mid-century/eclectic design and charm. We have hand-picked our furnishings to match our artistic/mid-century style and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. You can walk to town, enjoy a campfire outside in our backyard, or just relax and feel like a local! The space You can't beat this location! It has a charming mid-century/eclectic flair with 2 comfortable bedrooms, a smart TV, laundry room with washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4. You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay in our downtown location: free WIFI, private fenced backyard, full sized-sleeper sofa, room to park 2 cars in driveway, one on the street. We hope you will enjoy our 800 sq. ft cozy bungalow as much as we do! Please remember that this is our primary home that we love to share with guests when we are traveling. This home is best suited for couples or a small family to enjoy. Bedroom 1: Queen | Bedroom 2: Twin bunkbeds | 2 living areas one with a full-sized pull-out couch | 1 full bath (1 shower/tub combo) & 1 half bath (toilet and sink plus getting ready area) | sleeps 6 Our mid-century decorated home is set up for the whole family to enjoy. There are 2 living spaces so everyone can spread out. The TV room can be closed off with beautiful handmade barn doors to provide privacy while watching TV or for guest using the twin air mattress provided. The twin bunkbed room is ideal for the kiddos to hang out and enjoy the kid-friendly books, puzzles, and toys provided. The queen bedroom is a small but cozy bedroom with plenty of drawers and room for hanging your clothes. Don’t forget the fenced in backyard, perfect for sitting around the fire and enjoying the Colorado summer nights. (You provide your own firewood). 2 AC Window units are provided for summer use. Please see guestbook for best use. Our home can sleep 6 but please note it may be a bit tight. Please see all photos and descriptions before booking. We live here on a normal basis, so you may find a few personal touches or belongings, we just ask that you respect our space. Our home is very cozy and compact! We have utilized our compact space to make the most of every inch for ours and your enjoyment. Guest access You will have access to our whole home, as well as the driveway and the backyard. You can enjoy the fire pit as well, just note you will need to supply your own wood. Which you can readily get at gas stations or grocery stores around town! Other things to note The TV set up is a Roku TV. You may log into your own accounts for use. We do not have live or cable tv.
