The Clover Cottage

Newly remodeled! 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the corner of Main Street in downtown Murphys. We are dog friendly and feature a dog welcome station downstairs. Three bedrooms with two kings and one queen. Fully furnished basement with Wi-fi enabled TV, large sectional and electric fireplace. Additional TV in the upstairs living room and fully equipped kitchen. This is a perfect modern cozy space for couple getaways, girls trips, families and wedding and bachelorette parties! The space The Clover Cottage is an updated modern cozy space with 3 bedrooms (two king beds and one queen bed) and two full bathrooms. Please note that the king bedroom downstairs is open to the rest of the basement (see photo). There is a lovely living room and TV upstairs as well as a large modern family room basement with additional TV downstairs. We feature a full kitchen, and table on the deck outside. Please note no dishwasher. We have board games and a game table! Perfect for couples, families and friends. Dogs are welcome and we do have a dog bed and food/water dishes. Guest access There are three steps up from the entry to the front door. You will be enjoy the whole home as well as a deck off the dining area. There is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a locked owners closet. There are stairs which lead from the deck down to the backyard which is fenced for your pups. Please note that stairs from the deck are a bit steep, please utilize the handrails for safety! There is a gate which blocks the deck from the stairs. Please note that to access the backyard, there are either steps from the front yard or steps from the deck. Other things to note Well behaved dogs for a fee and must be on flea and tick medication. We do not accept cats as we are allergic. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Please do not leave dogs in the house unattended. Murphys is very pet friendly and dogs are allowed in most places. Please note that there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal in the kitchen. This cottage is our family's home away from home, please treat it like your own!
