Lake cottage with fireplace, sunroom & scenic surroundings

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation by Lake Svanshals. Lake view from living room/kitchen and conservatory. Fireplace. The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities. The space Two bedrooms with double bed and bunk bed. The bunk beds are 80-90cm wide ie large enough for normal built adults. Bathroom with shower. Large kitchen and living room with fireplace and modern appliances including dishwasher. We always provide sheets but prefer that guests bring their own towels. In the direction of the lake a decking with outdoor furniture. Along the short side, there is another deck with sun from early morning. There is also a patio perfect for the slightly windier days or cooler evenings. We have built a small cabin a few meters away from the main house. The smaller cottage has two extra sleeping places, and to book it, indicate that you are five guests so the pricing will be correct. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage and 3000 square meters of natural plot. We do not have a lawn, but we usually run a brush cutter so you can move freely around the house. It is a lake property but there is no jetty (yet). We do, however, have a swimming pontoon from which you can swim and fish. No fishing license or permit is required to fish in the lake. Here you can catch pike, perch and roach, among other things. We have a stand-up paddle board that we are happy to lend you along with the cottage. Please let us know beforehand if you want to borrow it so we can put it in place. Other things to note Easy to get to the cabin; from Stockholm or Copenhagen/Malmö, it is basically highway (E4) all the way (2h driving time from Copenhagen). You can also take the train to Osby directly from Malmö/Copenhagen. Proximity to Skåneleden and nice hiking, ski slopes, Lekoseum, Ikea museum, playgrounds, etc. There is a guidebook with a more detailed description that we will be happy to share with you.
