Large indoor and outdoor terraces, a private sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a seaside terrace with beautiful sunset views create an ideal setting to unwind. Premium grilling facilities and generous outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy long evenings by the sea. Everything is designed to feel easy and seamless. The surrounding estate spans 18 hectares with over 600 meters of Baltic Sea shoreline, offering a strong sense of space and exclusivity. You’re also welcome to use the estate’s private tennis court, boat ramp (perfect for your own boat or jet ski), and a private beach volleyball court.
