The home is located in a great neighborhood, less than a 5 min drive to downtown and 1 minute to the Rodeo grounds. There is an incredible view of Mt. Princeton from the desk in the office and the front porch. The Master bedroom has a brand new memory foam King bed that is super comfy and a large walk-in closet. There's a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The space The home has 3 bedrooms, one is used and an office. The living room has tall ceilings and 3 sofas with an open concept to the dining area and large chef kitchen complete with a gas burning stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The master bedroom has a new king size bed, walk in closet and attached master bath with an extra large shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an added memory foam mattress pad, a full closet and the bathroom with a bathtub is right next to it. The office has a full closet, a desk and printer with a view of Mt. Princeton. There is a backyard with a table and chairs and a table and chairs on the front porch facing Mt Princeton. Guest access Guests will have the entire home to themselves including the backyard and front porch with a view of Mt. Princeton. Other things to note The house is close to everything. 5 minute drive/10 minute bike ride to downtown Buena Vista and the River Park. 1 minute drive to the Rodeo Grounds. 8 minute drive to Cottonwood Hot Springs.
