The property is 30 minutes from Baltimore and 75 minutes from DC and Philadelphia. Several nice golf courses are nearby including Bulle Rock (the #1 public course in Maryland). There are many dining options in Bel Air and Havre de Grace just minutes away. Easy access by car. Ample parking in the driveway.
