This Airbnb is perfect for a party of 4. If you would like to include more guests, we have another apartment on the property that is a 100% handicap accessible accommodation with wheel chair lift. Our property is designed to make all areas as accessible as possible. You can view the other property on this website. NO PETS or PARTIES ALLOWED. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. We maintain a peaceful & tranquil property and thank you for being respectful of our friends and neighbors and our property. Our family of four live in the main house and you'll see us from time to time, but your privacy and enjoyment is our priority. Our guests have full use of all amenities. The fitness room is exclusive for you. All the outdoor, inside the garage amenities and hot top are shared with my other unit guests. Guest access If physical activity is what you're looking for, enjoy our well-equipped fitness room. Play ping pong, shoot pool or practice putting golf balls in the first floor game room. For outside, you can ask me for cornhole, croquet, and badminton equipment. In our outdoor golf area, you can practice chipping or sand trap shots onto our putting green. The driving range lets you cut loose with the long irons and woods before heading out to one of the many fabulous golf courses in the area. If it's water sports you want, bring your boat, jet skis or other water toys and use our dock. We have one Paddleboard and kayaks are available for use that you might have to share with other guests. You can bring your owe fishing gears or use ours to fish out of our pier. There's a boat rental co. in the area. Please ask me for the info. Fishing and crabbing are great on the Bush River. If you don't catch your dinner, there's an incredible Tiki Bar and Grill called The Island at Flying Point Marina across the river.The music, food, drinks and sunset views are second to none.
