Egun On! We are Lionel and Élodie and this is our house, located on a 1300 m2 plot with swimming pool, trampoline and vegetable garden, in a quiet and little-traveled area. It is only 15 minutes from Bayonne and 25 minutes from the Basque and Landes beaches or mountains, in a pretty village where you will find a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. A pleasant wooded health trail, a city stadium, a playground and a fronton are within walking distance from our home. The space Our house is located in a quiet area. It consists of a kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms with cupboards, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. A very pleasant veranda and a large terrace equipped with a blind complete the place for sweet moments of relaxation. Our favorite spot? Under the Japanese maple, sitting around the garden furniture! Bed linen is provided at no extra cost. But remember to bring your bath towels, which we do not provide. We will simply ask you to drop off the dirty linen at the laundry room when you check out. We also provide a folding crib on request (no extra charge). Our children, 2 boys aged 5 and 10, leave their toys and (many) books available, thank you for taking care of them. They will be delighted to discover new Lego constructions at the end of your stay with us. 😉 Our large 1300 m2 garden is fenced. There is an above-ground swimming pool (removable ladder for the safety of the youngest) unheated (in water from May to September in general), trampoline and slide, a hammock, and a gas plancha. We have, depending on the season, a large vegetable garden, which we leave available, do not hesitate to use it. Our cat Salto (okay with children, and very cuddly) as well as our chickens will be present with you during your stay. We will only ask you to make sure to give kibble and water to Salto if necessary. (Nothing to do with our chickens, apart from enjoying their eggs) The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. The TVs in the living room and bedroom are connected to the network. We do not charge a cleaning fee (this will limit your costs), we just ask you to leave the house clean and Beds undone when you check out.
