Rest and rejuvinate in our bright and spacious garden-level suite! Wake up to the sound of birds chirping and head out to your private patio to enjoy your morning coffee with the hummingbirds in the garden. Refresh in the spa-like bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. Gas fireplace keeps things nice and cozy in winter. Less than 2 minute walk to a direct bus to/from the ferry, 15 min walk to grocery. Close to beaches, trails, restaurants, breweries, groceries, shops, and more! The space The suite is located on the ground floor of our home surrounded by large cedars and lush gardens. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire yard and garden. From the living room, walk out to the garden patio with a bistro table for guests' private use. The living room is spacious and bright with an automatic gas fireplace that keeps the space very cozy in winter or on chilly nights. In the summer, the surrounding trees provide shade to keep the suite nice and cool even on hot days. There is large sofa, tv, kitchen table, raised bar with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, gas stove, dishes, utensils, and basic spices. We provide coffee (from our local favourite spot - Beachcombers Coffee!) and a variety of teas. The bedroom is spacious with lots of dresser and shelf space for storing personal items. The queen-size bed has a memory foam mattress topper for that extra bit of sleeping comfort. Treat yourself to a spa experience in the recently renovated bathroom, with heated floors and a rain shower. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire ground floor suite and front patio, as well as access to the shared yard and garden.
