It is located in Montemarcello, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and in the natural park of the same name, an ideal starting point for visiting Liguria and Tuscany among trails, nature, and views that will make you fall in love. The space La Chicca Blu is one of six accommodations that make up the “La Casa fra gli Ulivi” complex. The house is a comfortable solution for couples seeking privacy and wanting to get the most out of their vacation. When you enter the living area, you will feel right at home: the wooden ceiling blends perfectly with the blue tones of the living room and kitchen. Enjoy your favorite Italian dishes and relax on the sofa after dinner! La Chicca Blu is equipped with air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and mosquito nets for maximum comfort. The bedroom and bathroom, like the rest of the house, have been recently renovated with taste, and we are sure you will love them! Our guests love the private outdoor areas of La Chicca Blu: the private pool is ideal for a relaxing afternoon, and the patio is perfect for enjoying delicious barbecues or pizzas cooked in the oven. The outdoor areas are fenced in and are also ideal for your four-legged friends! Guest access The apartment is private, as are its outdoor patio and swimming pool. The main entrance to the complex and the communal garden (not shown in the photos) are shared with other guests. The upper floor of the building is occupied by the owners. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the communal areas, we ask all guests to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. Other things to note We adapt to the needs of our guests: we can provide information about the area or respect their privacy. The municipality requires the payment of a tourist tax (€1 per person per night), which must be paid in cash upon arrival. The spa with jacuzzi and private sauna are not included in the price but are available for private use at an extra cost. Before your arrival, we will provide you with a brochure containing useful information about your stay, tips on the area, and the extra services available.
