Relax with the sound of the trees and enjoy peace and solitude accompanied by the gentle lapping of the stream "Badewasser". Get away from it all. The space The cottage has many amenities on a living area of 90 m² to make your stay as relaxing as possible. You can feel comfortable in the large and open living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious dishes. There is a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, etc. With the large satellite TV in the living area, you can receive all kinds of programs. But be sure, you will hardly use it. You can access the first terrace from the living room via a large sliding door. There are two bedrooms available in the property. In the large bedroom you will find a cozy bed 1.80 x 2.00 m with two high-quality mattresses of different degrees of hardness (soft/medium hard). The smaller bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring bed 1.40 x 2.00 m. The bathroom is modern and furnished to a high standard. The stylish laundry area has a permanently installed hairdryer, and a walk-in shower makes the use of the experience. A toilet is, of course, a matter of course. In a hanging cupboard there is a first aid kit to handle small injuries immediately. The reading room provides plenty of peace and relaxation on cloudy rainy days. You will find a careful selection of literature to get away from it all. The reading room leads through a large door to the second and covered terrace. There is also a utility room in the property. You can use the permanently installed wardrobe with hangers. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron. The two terraces, once covered and wind protected, once open, are perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. Sunbathing or summer rain, the sound of the trees, the babbling of the stream, the sound of birds and and and and.... The terraces have a seating area, tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you can enter the spacious nature. On hot days you can walk barefoot through the creek to cool down. Or you can just walk a few steps away from the property and are already on the next forest path to start an exploring hike through the Thuringian Forest. In the cupboard in the hallway there is a badminton set. You can use this in the adjacent meadow. Other things to note Transportation: The district of Reinhardsbrunn has its own stop of the Thuringian Forest Railway. With the Thuringian Forest Railway, you can connect to the trains of the DB via the Gotha main station or the Südthüringenbahn in Waltershausen. From the property you can walk about 15 minutes to the stop. Motorway A4 can be reached easily via the Waltershausen junction.
