The almost 30 square meter apartment (in-law apartment) with single bed (100 x 200 cm) is located in the basement of our new building and offers a well-equipped kitchen-living room with everything for everyday needs. The private daylight bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower and toilet is modernly furnished. A small storage room is also available. TV and Wi-Fi access are free of charge. Monbachtal and Polarion (ice rink) are in the immediate vicinity. In summer, many outdoor pools invite you to cool off (Bad Liebenzell, Höfen, Neuenbürg, Calw, Schellbronn, etc.) Winter sports fans will also get their money's worth nearby (Dobel, Kaltenbronn, Sommerberg, Freudenstadt). Numerous thermal baths are nearby (Bad Liebenzell, Bad Wildbad, Freudenstadt). Pforzheim, Tübingen and Horb can be reached directly by the Nagoldtalbahn. Furthermore, the apartment is a starting point for business trips to Pforzheim, Weissach (Porsche) and Sindelfingen (Daimler). The A8 can be reached in just 15 minutes.
