Bohemian House has just completed her glow up with a full renovation that honors her original features while upgrading her with plush amenities. Bohemian House is designed with a modern vintage vibe and captures the unique artsy energy of Fayetteville. Located just 10 minutes from the Marburger Antique show and 12 minutes from Round Top. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of Bohemian House with a private entrance and onsite parking for TWO vehicles. Any other vehicles will have to park on the Town Square just one block away. Guests will have access to the large backyard and amenities which are shared with the Boho Carriage House (also available to rent). Other things to note -Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. - When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings. - CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance *POTENTIAL FOR NOISE* - This house is on the main road and has the potential for road noise. - Train tracks are nearby and a train will roll through time from time to time. -Concierge service available!
