Located 5 minutes walk from the center of the ski resort 1650, at the end of the "chemin du Grand Corbeau", surrounded by larch trees and chalets, quiet, with a nice view on the mountains and the valley of Serre-Ponçon. A concierge service will give you the keys and can offer you linen rental. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of the chalet "La Source" and includes an entrance hall with cupboard and ski locker, a bathroom and independent WC, a living room/kitchen and a mezzanine. Equipped kitchen: - Crockery, raclette and fondue machines, dishwasher and mixer - 3 burner induction cooker - 60 Liters oven with rotisserie - Multifunction microwave oven 1100 Watts - SMEG 120 Liters refrigerator with 13 Liters freezing zone - 140 Liters freezer - 1 dishwasher Living room : - A round table with 2 extensions, 4 chairs & 4 stools - 1 sofa BZ in 160 cm (mattress & overlay) - 2 pillows 60x60 cm and 2 pillows 50x70 cm - Games scrabble, tarot, cards, chess Open mezzanine with - 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm (mattress and comforter on the bed) - 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm (comforter on the upper bed) - 1 single bed 90 x 190 cm (comforter on the bed) - 2 pillows 60x60 cm and 2 pillows 50x70 cm - with protection - 1 storage box with blankets and pillows - 1 night table with novels and magazines IMPORTANT - END OF STAY CLEANING: Does not include trash removal,, cleaning and putting away dishes, degreasing the kitchen/ovens and emptying the refrigerator and freezer. Ideal temperature setting in winter: 20° during the day and 18° at night. Be careful not to put anything on/against the glass radiators. Guest access The handing over of the keys, the inventory of fixtures and fittings are carried out by the "LL Conciergerie". The conditions of handing over of the keys and the possible additional services (rent of linen) will be specified to you by the conciergerie. Other things to note The cleaning at the end of the stay is taken care of for all the rentals by the concierge. Please note: Linen is not provided. Rental is possible by the Conciergerie
