Welcome to a large, lovely house in an idyllic setting with room for many! The surroundings offer fantastic archipelago nature that is wonderful to experience in summer and winter. The sea is less than 500 meters away. There is a child-friendly beach, a swimming jetty and a private boat jetty. Booking for the peak season July-August opens in February. The space The house has 3 double beds and 3 single beds, of which 1 bunk bed and 1 travel bed for children under 2 years. It was built in 2008-2009 and has a charming archipelago character. It consists of two house bodies that are connected but also have their own entrance. The larger part has 2 floors and accommodates several bedrooms, dining area, living areas and nice kitchen. In the smaller one, there is a double bed in the sofa bed, a small fireplace, kitchenette, private bathroom and sauna. In addition to many beds, the house offers modern facilities including laundry room, several bathrooms, sauna, and fireplace. Wireless Wifi included. On the large veranda with roof, you can enjoy meals from morning till night. In the house there are plenty of toys and games including croquet and boules. 150 meters away along the road to the sea is a soccer field and boules court. The many beds make it great to gather and celebrate Christmas or New Year with the extended family. There is a plastic tree with lighting as well as some Advent and Christmas decorations. Guest access Entire home Other things to note Please stay within the property boundary out of respect for neighbors. It is in some places marked with stones and stretches 10-30 meters from the house. In the boiler room, there is a heating system with a water tank that is heated by solar panels. It takes care of itself for the most part. If you have any questions, please contact the host. Ashes from the grill must not be emptied in nature. Guests are asked if needed to pour it in the intended zinc bucket. It is expected that our guests will, as far as possible, restore the house to its original condition, thus some cleaning. Cleaning checklist and cleaning items are provided in the house.
