Located in central Seminyak Bali , it’s just 10 minutes walking to Seminyak Beach, shops, restaurants and night clubs. The villa of 500m² land feature a modern Indonesian style with a comfortable open living and dining area, spacious open bathrooms with bathtubs and jacuzzi and your private pool. There’s also mezzanine, you can relax and enjoy the flat TV with various cable channels. The kitchen is fully equipped, WIFI, bed linen, towels, parking and daily cleaning are included. The space All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and give enough space for some privacy. A large and well-designed common space and fully equipped kitchen is giving the opportunity for happy get-togethers. The villa is strategically located in central SEMINYAK, only 10 minutes walking to Seminyak beach, nearby shops, restaurants and attractions. A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in- late we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise it is subject to the villa availability. Q: What time is the Check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? A: Breakfast not included but a menu is available in the villa. Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal house maid catering to your needs. she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast. Q: Do you offer a floating breakfast? A: We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between 2 guests. You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact your reception desk immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement. Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day? A: Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your maid should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time (no later than 3pm) Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? A: This villa is for 6 people, but the maximum capacity is for 9 people which means that the 7th,8th and 9th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD 25/night/person Guest access The entire villa is yours during your stay. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. Other things to note For arrivals before 2pm no worries you can leave your luggage at our reception and enjoy while waiting for your villa to be ready. For late arrivals after 6 pm please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome. We kindly remind you that the departure time is at the end of the morning at the latest at 11 am. Please note that in case of late check out without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an extra night.
