Renovated in 2023-2024, this beautiful maison de maitre is located in the heart of the historical center of Mulhouse, by the grand place. The house has 4 floors. With this booking, you will have the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor, which can host up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms with double beds, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Upon request, additional rooms / beds can be added. With a passion for design, we mixed modern with beautiful antiques. The space The house is ideally located by the grand place in Mulhouse, in a pedestrian street with nearby cafes and bakeries. Very spacious, it can host up to 30 people on four floors. The listing cover the booking on the 1st floor apartment (3 bedrooms + living room + kitchen + 2 bathrooms) as well as the apartment on the 2nd floor (2 bedrooms + living room with kitchen and 2 bathrooms). Upon request an additional bedroom on the 1st floor can be made available. With a passion for design, we mixed French antiques and modern fixtures. We hope you will enjoy it :) Guest access Upon booking, you will have the apartments of the 1st and 2nd floors. There will be no other guest in the apartments you booked. The details are as followed: The first floor has one large bedroom and 2 small bedrooms, a large living room with a separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd floor has an apartments with 2 bedrooms, a living room including a kitchen area and 2 bathrooms. There is an additional bedroom on the 1st floor available upon request. The house is ideally set-up to welcome multiple families or large parties. All bedrooms have double beds. Other things to note ☕️ For your comfort, we provide bed linen and household linen, as well as a welcome kit including the essentials to start your stay: two rolls of toilet paper, two coffee pods, sugar, and travel-size toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and a bar of soap). If these supplies are not sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, you will be responsible for replenishing them as needed. The washing machine is located in the shared area on the ground floor. If you come by car, there is a very large public underground parking right by the house. It is called parking de la place de la reunion and you can access it via rue guillaume tell. For the air conditioning, there are portable mobile units on the first floor and a mixed of fixed and portable units on the 2nd floor. 🚭 The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking (odor, smoke, cigarette butts) will result in a €100 penalty to cover cleaning and restoration costs.
