Cozy & Tucked Away - 1 Bedroom Apartment

A tiny, one bedroom apartment with a private entrance located on the upper level of a newly renovated 100 year old farmhouse. Centrally located between New Paltz and Poughkeepsie, and only minutes away from The Walkway over the Hudson. The house has a natural rock wall behind it leaving you feeling "tucked away" on our quiet street. Your hosts live in the downstairs apartment, and would love to provide you a comfortable and cozy stay as you explore their home, the Hudson Valley! The space The newly renovated apartment is located on the upper level of our home with a private keyless entrance. A narrow, steep stairway leads you to the hallway and main closet. The bedroom comfortably holds a queen size bed. The bathroom features a deep, small clawfoot soaking tub and shower. The Living room holds a small couch and TV. The kitchen offers a large stainless steel sink, full size oven and fridge, and a vented over-the-stove microwave. Pots, pans and basic kitchen utensils are also provided. A pantry for food storage contains some small appliances. Coffee and tea are complimentary. Guest access The front porch is a shared space between both the guests and host. All other outdoor property is currently not available to our guests. Other things to note -Please note that the doorways and stairs are narrow and steep due to the nature of our old home. -The heat for the entire home is controlled by the hosts. A/C window units are not provided during the cold season. -The small clawfoot soaking tub in the bathroom is 54 inches long. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that the bathtub is deeper than a regular bathtub. We include a stool to help you get in and out of the bathtub.
