Wendy & Ross welcome you as guests in our hillside modern home located in beautiful Ruby Bay, Tasman. Enjoy a walk around the garden taking in mountain & sea views. Walking distance downhill to the Ruby Bay beach, or surrounding hilltop areas. A kitchenette is provided with microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, cutlery, glasses, mugs, bowls, coffee (instant & plunger) & tea bags. The space Relax in a modern home with separate powder room & shower room. Your double bedroom has a Queen sized bed and also sliding door access to a sunny outdoor patio with table & chairs offering mountain views. A kitchenette is also provided with Microwave, Fridge, Coffee & Tea making facilities. Guest access Guests have access to the western wing of our home which is separated from the owner's living area with their own private access & courtyard. This area is locked for your privacy. During your stay We will be available to welcome guests at checkin & a lockbox will be available should the need arise. As we live on site we will be available for assisting & providing information on places to visit. We can be contacted by text/cellphone if necessary. Other things to note Private parking is provided both down the bottom of our driveway or if required ..parking can be available on the same level at the guest entrance if requested. All guests can use the closer parking for luggage drop off and collection.
