Very close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, as well as several other well-known tourist attractions and a few meters from El Poblado de Boquerón. Apartment 104 is located on the first floor of the Hotel and is entitled to 2 parking lots. The space The apartment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 people. The aparment has: 1 room with 1 queen bed 1 room with 2 twin beds 1 futon in the living room 1 full bathroom Fully equipped kitchen Central air conditioner smart tv Internet Private parking Please be sure to read the "House Rules" Guest access Self-check-in available for your convenience. Access code will be provided for entering the apartment and amenities areas. Access Code will be controlled from the “August” application. We recommend downloading and signing up to the app before arrival. Other things to note Apartment 104 is entitled to only 2 parking lots and this is NOT negotiable. The Parking lot is located right next to the hotel. For your convenience and that of all guests alike, please park your carwithout blocking any other vehicle or the entrance to the parking lot. Parking is only permitted in front of the hotel upon arrival and departure during your stay and only for the strictly reasonable amount of time it takes to load/unload your belongings. Vehicles parked in front of the Hotel are NOT allowed or it will entail a fine of $100.00.
