This beautiful family home in the heart of the Yarra Valley situated on 120 acres offers abundant room for your family retreat. Relax in the hammock, swim in the negative edge heated pool, play soccer or basketball in the sports shed or have a game of pool in the second living space. The house features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen, walk in pantry and a large dinning table looking onto the pool and mountains in the distance. The space Turramurra offers groups of up to 10 people to stay together with plenty of space for all to enjoy. Fire up the BBQ and sit around the firepit for some star-gazing, take a swim in the negative-edge heated pool that overlooks the surrounding farmland, wander the gardens and pick some seasonal fruit and veg to prepare your meals – live the country life while you take time out from your daily routines. Enjoy an entertainer’s kitchen using the Miele ovens, dishwasher and huge fridge/freezer, full function Breville coffee machine and walk in pantry to create some special memories around the huge dining table in a huge open plan kitchen and living space. Afterwards get some friendly competition going around the pool table upstairs in the second air-conditioned living room or stream a movie or two. For the really active in the group the large shed houses a synthetic soccer/basketball/hockey pitch and gym equipment. There is the master bedroom with amazing sunrise views and a large shower also with an incredible view and four other bedrooms have bathrooms across the hallway. All bedrooms feature beautiful timber ceiling fans for summer comfort. You can use the laundry to keep your washing under control for the family, and there is a caretaker contactable to ensure your stay is worry-free. No linen is provided – it’s BYO for beds, bathroom and pool, but if you would like to include linen it is $60/bed extra. Be aware the property is on tank water, so we thank you for using this precious commodity wisely. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to house and surrounding gardens, pool, parking and sports shed. Other things to note There are farm animals on this property and you may look but please keep your distance. There is a caretaker contactable to attend to urgent issues with your stay should they arise.
